Sessions are typically 75 minutes in length and are $163.30/hour plus tax.  (The total for 75 minutes is $230.00 including tax). Special student fees are $135.00/hour  (plus tax).  I understand most therapists abide by the standard ‘50 minute hour’. However I have consistently found 75 minutes is needed to get a bit deeper.

Couples sessions are 1.5 hours for the first session (total $275.00). If the session wraps up earlier, I will only charge for the time used.

I book client sessions at least 30 minutes apart so that clients are not ‘pushed out the door’ at the end of their allotted time, nor are clients kept waiting in the waiting area. One hour sessions, 1.5 hour sessions or 2 hour sessions are available on request.

Sessions can be booked at the client's convenience by email, text, voice message.  If your insurance covers a registered psychotherapist, then you will be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement. It’s a good idea to check and confirm reimbursement details as it varies from plan to plan. Payment can be cash, cheque, etransfer or credit card. If you pay with credit card there is a 3% service charge (sorry). If you choose to e-transfer, please set up the process prior to arriving in my office so that we don’t have to us session time for that. You can e-transfer immediately before the appointment, or we can take 5 minutes during your session to do it.

GRAPIF sessions:  If you have been looking through websites and feel drawn to me as a therapist and then disappointed that my fee was beyond your budget... I can sometimes accommodate with GRAPIF sessions.  GRAPIF stands for Gratefully Receive And Pay It Forward.  Basically we work out a special fee that you can afford and then someday in the future, you give a break to someone else who needs it.  It makes the world a better place.
